Phil has provided individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations with financial, investment and other advisory services for over twenty-five years. He is active in managing individual investment portfolios as well as investing in growth companies through the Kranenburg Fund. He has experience as a "hands-on" corporate manager, business valuation professional, venture capitalist and investment manager.
For business clients, Phil provides a range of services with a focus on improving corporate performance. He provides advice regarding business planning, revenue growth strategies and financing options. He further prepares business valuations, financial forecasts and projections. Clients include small businesses and emerging venture-backed start-up companies, as well as publically held corporations.
At Shearson Lehman (currently Morgan Stanley Smith Barney), Phil worked closely with the in-house money management division of Davis Skaggs Investment Management in researching and analyzing investment opportunities as he managed portfolios for primarily high net-worth individuals.
While at Price Waterhouse, he was engaged in auditing and consulting projects with clients such as Hewlett Packard, Raychem and Fairchild Semiconductor, and the litigation related to the Bell Operating Companies divestiture.
Phil has been a board member for several profit and non-profit organizations and is a past member of the Marin Economic Commission. He is a Registered Investment Advisor and a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Phil is a graduate of Stanford University.

Christina has served individual, non-profit and business clients in the areas of financial management, comprehensive tax planning and statutory compliance, and estate planning for over twenty-five years.
She provides advice to businesses including corporations, partnerships, LLCs and LLPs, and to individuals and their estates and trusts. Christina’s experience includes tax planning for dynamic and emerging ventures as well as established businesses, analysis of tax law, research, and comprehensive financial management services. Her services include financial statement reviews, compilations and litigation support.
Christina is a graduate of Stanford University and was formerly associated with KPMG Peat Marwick in San Francisco. She is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Christina is involved in many community activities and has served on the board of various non-profit organizations.
